罗素在高中管理方面有超过15年的经验, 主要担任大小学校的教务长, 在他的职业生涯中一直教授美国历史. He holds a B.A. in U.S. History from Potsdam College, an M.A. in U.S. History from St. 在Bonaventure大学完成了三年的博士学位.D. work in U.S. History at the University of Albany.
